The FIFISH underwater robots are a series of world-leading small and mid-sized Remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs) developed by Shenzhen QYSEA Tech Co.,LTD, dedicated to providing a truly professional and immersive underwater operating experience for a wide range of users – from photographers, filmmakers, and enthusiasts to researchers, educators, and industry specialists.
Established in 2016 in the heart of China's technology and manufacturing hub, QYSEA is committed to delivering exceptional expertise in the R&D, manufacturing, and sales of underwater robots. The company has broken numerous industrial barriers to establishing a leading market position with its underwater drone technologies, proudly garnering various awards for its innovativeness (Future Maker, GIC, CES) and functionality (iF Design, Good Design).
QYSEA is focused on bringing the public a greater ability to connect on with the underwater world along with its inhabitants and ecosystems, as well as to generate greater awareness on various ocean-related issues and topics.
Our Milestones

End of 2015 | QYSEA, led by founder Belinda Zhang, completes the prototype design of the FIFISH, China's first consumer-grade underwater drone.

January 2016 | The FIFISH debuts at CES 2016. Xiaomi founder Mr. Li Wanqiang as well as Sinovation Ventures Chairman and CEO Dr. Kai-Fu Lee officially invest in QYSEA.

January 2017 | The Pre-A round financing is completed. QYSEA completes the first generation of light industrial-grade products.

January 2018 | FIFISH P3 is unveiled at CES 2016, and receives the prestigious CES Innovation Award.

April 2019 | FIFISH V6, The world’s first omnidirectional consumer underwater robot, enters into mass production, becoming a strategic partner of CCTV-9 and PADI China to establish its first underwater live broadcasting event.

August 2020 | QYSEA launches various new and innovative underwater robots, as well as establishing distribution partnerships in 40+ countries & regions.

September 2021 | Completed Xiaomi’s round of Series B Financing.
